Cooks talk turkey in online chat
Have questions about preparing a turkey and the trimmings for Thanksgiving?
Readers can get some straight talk about turkeys during an online chat that begins at 2:30 p.m. today on the Journal-World’s Web site at www.ljworld.com.
Tom King, a local restaurant chef and a lawrence.com food blogger, will respond to readers’ questions about preparing a turkey.
King will be assisted by Mike Shields, the Journal-World’s city editor, who has experience cooking turkeys in a smoke pit.
