Have questions about preparing a turkey and the trimmings for Thanksgiving?

Tom King, a local restaurant chef and a food blogger, will respond to readers' questions about preparing a turkey.

King will be assisted by Mike Shields, the Journal-World's city editor, who has experience cooking turkeys in a smoke pit.
