Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures retreated Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mostly lower. Wheat for December delivery fell 4 cents to $3.13 a bushel; December corn fell 3/4 cent to $1.96 a bushel; December oats rose 1 1/4 cent to $1.62 a bushel; January soybeans fell 1 1/2 cent to $5.85 a bushel. Beef and pork futures increased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle rose .37 cent to 90.30 cents a pound; January feeder cattle rose .40 cent to $1.139 a pound; December lean hogs rose .95 cent to 61.80 cents a pound; February pork bellies rose .62 cent to 88.47 cents a pound.
