Knights of Columbus Council 1372 announces officers for the fraternal year, which is July 1 through June 30, 2006.

The Wednesday Afternoon Bridge Club’s May 18 game was directed by Virginia Seaver. Five and a half tables played a stratified game with a Howell movement. Harry Shaffer and Lynn Hui took first in A, followed by Chris Lane and Mona Bell in second. Patt Radford and Lois Clark won third in A and Chuck Hedges and Sally Taylor came in fourth. Bebe Huxtable and Wanna Roszel were first in B, and Florene Creek and Fran Vogel were second.

The Wednesday Evening Bridge Club’s May 18 game included five pairs playing a Howell movement, which was directed by Don Brennaman. Bob and Helen Huffman won first place. Fran Vogel and Alice Leitch came in second, followed by Bill and Barbara Hamilton in third. Don Brennaman and Albert Ballard placed fourth.

The Friday Afternoon Bridge Club’s May 20 game was directed by Don Brennaman and played a Mitchell movement. The East West pairs were led by Mary and Gary Joyce who won first in A, B and C. Shirlie Vaughn and Sally Davis were second in A and B, and Virginia Seaver and Yvonne Hedges took third in A. Barbara McCorkle and Ginny Johnston were fourth in A, third in B and second in C.
Among the North South pairs, Janice Hollowell and Gladys Rivard won first in A, B and C, followed by Madelyn Jenks and Mona Bell who placed second in A and B. Lester Dalton and Mary Fenlon were third in A, and Chris Lane and Shirley Reese were fourth.

The Sunday Afternoon Bridge Club game was directed by Jerry Sloan. Seven pairs played a Howell movement. Glenna and Eldon Herd were first. Lois Jones and Jeff Nash won second place and Shari Krentzel and Virginia Hamilton were third.

The Monday Night Bridge Club played a stratified game at 12 tables in a Mitchell movement. Virginia Seaver directed. The North South pairs were led by Sally Taylor and Shirlie Vaughn who were first in A. Shirley Reese and Chris Lane were second in A and first in B. Mary White and Mary Fenlon were third in A. Pat Burgstahler and Margrete Hartman were first in C and second in B, followed by Earl Core and Mike Lee who were second in C and third in B. Betty Spalsbury and Don Brennaman placed fourth in B.
Paul Heitzman and Donna Johnson led the East West pairs at first in A. John Hickey and Jim Kelley were second in A and Madelyn Jenks and Betty Collier won third in A and first in B. Dorothy Netson and Barbara Merriam placed fourth in A, second in B and first in C. Harriet Olson and Emily Foster were fifth in A, third in B and second in C, followed by Russell and Karen LaForce who won fourth in B and third in C.
