Amber Tecumseh of Haskell Indian Nations University has earned a first-team berth on the All-Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference softball team as chosen by league coaches. Tecumseh is a freshman outfielder from Mayetta. Haskell pitcher Katie Renwick and infielder Tara Bender earned second-team honors. HINU’s Tiffany McIntosh, Tara Lena, Karie Johnston and LaToya Whiteis were accorded honorable mention.
