Oklahoma ? The mother and stepfather of “Precious Doe,” a girl found beheaded four years ago, will be returned to Missouri today to face murder charges in the child’s death, authorities said Monday.

Michelle M. Johnson, 30, and Harrell Johnson, 25, both of Muskogee, waived extradition Friday. Deputies from the Jackson County (Mo.) Sheriff’s Department will drive them from jail in Muskogee to Kansas City, said Darin Snapp, spokesman for the Kansas City, Mo., police department.

They each face one count of second-degree murder and endangering the welfare of a child.
