Austin, Texas ? The KU rowing team wrapped up its spring training Saturday by being swept in a four-race dual by Big 12 Conference foe Texas.

The Jayhawks’ First Varsity Eight boat finished in 6:44.5, 10 seconds behind UT. The Second Varsity Eight finished in 7:08.6, 16 seconds behind the Longhorns.

KU’s next action will be April 2 against Tulsa and Drake in Lawrence.
