Jayhawks tied for 15th at LSU golf tournament

? Kansas University’s women’s golf team shot a second-round 307 and is tied for 15th place at the LSU/Cleveland Classic held at the University Club.

The host Tigers continue to lead at 586 followed by Tulane with a 599.

KU sophomore Amanda Costner is in a tie for 26th at 152, followed by freshman Annie Giangrosso (tied for 59th, 159), junior Chelsey Pryor (tied for 64th, 160), junior Meredith Winkelmann (tied for 74th, 162), junior Tiffany Woods (tied for 82nd, 167) and, playing as an individual, sophomore Jill Womble (tied for 64th, 160).

The final round begins with a shotgun start at 8:30 this morning.
