April 2: Rummage sale and bake sale, 8:30 a.m. to noon; church is a small congregation of about 50 people, comprised mostly of Kansas University students from China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan; sale’s proceeds will be used to buy new computer or printer for church, plus supplies and books for library and toddler/youth programs.
Church seeks donations of useable, functional items for the sale; desired items include spring/summer clothes, sandals, plants, furniture, kitchen and garden utensils, bikes, toddler items (toys, books, clothes, car seats), etc.
To donate goods for the sale, drop off items from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. March 26 at the church.
