Traffic tactic
To the editor:
The problems with 23rd Street are twofold. Lawrence needs a loop around the city. This is especially true since we have very few through streets in Lawrence. I think it is a good move to eliminate left turns totally at intersections that do not have turn lanes and signals.
Eliminating through traffic is really the only way to relieve the congestion on 23rd Street.
