Barbara I. McAntee, Topeka

Topeka ? Mass of Christian burial for Barbara I. McAntee, 74, Topeka, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Christ the King Catholic Church in Topeka. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Garden Cemetery in Topeka.

Mrs. McAntee died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, in Topeka.

She was born March 9, 1930, in Emporia, the daughter of Theodore and Josephine Best Johnson. She graduated in 1947 from Admire High School and in 1948 from Peck’s Beauty Academy.

Mrs. McAntee was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Woman’s Kansas Day Club and Kansas Quilting Guild.

She married Ray McAntee. He survives, of the home.

Other survivors include a son, Mike McAntee, Castle Rock, Colo.; two daughters, Jeannene Hubbard, Topeka, and Jill Hunt, Stillwater, Okla.; a sister, Ailene Bocquin, Lawrence; and eight grandchildren.

Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home in Topeka.
