Brentwood, Calif. ? Lawrence’s Bob Glass lost to Ron Winger, 3-2, in the round of 16 on Thursday at the PGA Senior Northern California Classic at Harvest Park Bowl.

Glass jumped to a 2-0 lead over Winger in the best-of-five match, but collapsed and lost, 181-173, 237-189, 145-206, 155-251, 205-215.

Ross Packard, of San Jose, Calif., beat Vince Mazzanti Jr. in the tournament finals.

The Senior Tour heads next week to Klamath Falls, Ore., for the 2005 PBA Senior Epicenter Classic. Play runs from June 26 to June 30.
