Wildlife and Parks commissioners will hold a public hearing on proposed changes in state upland game bird seasons Thursday in Hays.

The hearing on upland bird season is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at the Student Union on the Fort Hays State campus.

During an afternoon session starting at 1:30 p.m., commissioners will address a variety of topics.
