Soybean futures advanced Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grains finished mixed. Wheat for July delivery rose 1 cent to $3.14 1/4 a bushel; July corn fell 1/2 cent to $2.15 1/2 a bushel; July oats fell 1 1/2 cent to $1.42 3/4 a bushel; July soybeans rose 5 3/4 cents to $6.73 1/4 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures declined in trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. August live cattle fell 1.10 cent to 82.12 cents a pound; August feeder cattle fell 1.60 cent to $1.1120 a pound; July lean hogs fell .20 cent to 68.85 cents a pound; July pork bellies fell 1.12 cent to 70.60 cents a pound.
