The Wednesday Afternoon Bridge Club’s July 13 game was directed by Virginia Seaver. Six tables played a stratified game and a Howell movement. Yvonne Hedges and Sally Taylor won first in A, followed by Wanda Durbin and Suzanne Wassmer. Carol Ball and Phyllis Brownlee were third in A, and Patt Radford and Chuck Hedges were fourth. Margrete Hartman and Betty Spalsbury were first in B, and Lois Clark and Cathy Blumenfeld were second.

¢ The Wednesday Evening Bridge Club’s July 13 game had six tables and played a stratified Mitchell movement directed by Don Brennaman. Harry Shaffer and Lynn Hui were first in A and B among the North-South pairs. Harry Talley and Don Daugherty won second in A and B and first in C. Virginia Seaver and Barbara McCorkle were third in A and B.

East-West pairs were led by Ed Howard and Addie Nyquist, who won first in A. Earl Core and Grant Sutton were second in A and first in B and C. Helen and Bob Huffman were third in A and second in B and C.

¢ The Monday Evening Bridge Club played a stratified Mitchell movement with 10 full tables directed by Virginia Seaver. Patt Radford and John Hickey won first in A and B among the North-South pairs. Klee Zaricky and Chris Lane won second in both A and B, followed by Larry Bodle and Kent McCullough at third. Alice leitch and Frances Vogel were first in C. Betty Spalsbury and Bob Anderson came in second in C, followed by Phyllis Brownlee and Madelyn Jenks.

The East-West pairs were led by Lois Jones and Dorothy Netson, of Topeka, who won first in A and B. Betty Collier and Chuck Hedges were second in A and B and first in C. Paul Heitzman and Virginia Seaver were third in A and B. Ann Thompson and Grant Sutton won second in C.
