Baker University’s Jessica Pontious scored a school-record 30 points to propel the Wildcats to a 77-58 victory over Benedictine in women’s basketball Thursday night.

Pontious, a senior from Enid, Okla., broke the record of 29 shared by Shannon Gale (1996) and Allison Ramsey (1997). Her 13 field goals also were a record.
