Margaret Ann ‘Maggie’ Reeves, Oskaloosa
Services for Margaret Ann “Maggie” Reeves, 46, Oskaloosa, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Reeves died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, in rural Jefferson County.
She was born Jan. 21, 1959, in Lawrence, the daughter of Chester Lee and Mary Frances Holden Erskin. She graduated from Lawrence High School in 1977.
Mrs. Reeves worked at Davol for 14 years.
She married Michael D. Reeves on July 29, 1989, in rural Jefferson County. He survives, of the home.
Other survivors include two sons, Rodney Joseph Atwell and Chad Allen Atwell, both of Lawrence; a daughter, Amy Renee Reeves, of the home; three brothers, Edward Lee Erskin, Lawrence, Thomas Ray Erskin, Eudora, and Vernon Walter Erskin, Montana; two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Wilson, Perry, and Shirley Ann Lomas, Lawrence; and a granddaughter.
Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. today.
The family suggests memorials to Jefferson County Hospice, sent in care of the funeral home.
