Ruby B. Buchheim, Topeka

? Services for Ruby B. Buchheim, 97, Topeka, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel in Topeka. Burial will follow in Penwell-Gabel Memorial Park Cemetery in Topeka.

Mrs. Buchheim died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005, at Midland Hospice House in Topeka.

She was born April 26, 1907 in Victor, Colo., the daughter of Charlie and Anna E. Sechrist Coffman. She lived in the McLouth area and later moved to Douglas County, where she resided on her family farm near Stull.

Mrs. Buchheim was a homemaker and worked at the Kansas University Student Union. She was a member of the Jolly Quilters Club and HDU.

She married Theodore Buchheim on Feb. 12, 1929, in Topeka. He died May 1, 1997.

Survivors include a son, Orville Buchheim, Topeka; a sister, Mary Wolff, Pleasanton, Calif.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at the chapel.
