LaFrentz sparks Celtics in fourth quarter in win over Magic

? Raef LaFrentz scored seven of his 19 points in a 20-4 fourth-quarter run, and Delonte West and Walter McCarty hit key three-pointers in reserve roles to help the Boston Celtics beat the Orlando Magic, 112-100, Friday night.

With Boston’s offense sputtering early in the fourth quarter, coach Doc Rivers called upon West and McCarty. Neither had played, but they quickly made contributions.

“This was as much of a team win as we’ve had all year, with all the different guys we had do different things out there,” Rivers said. The Magic led 94-85 early in the final quarter.
