Walsh, did not open for business today. Millions of dollars are involved and it appears the liabilities run more than $26 million. : Two local women, whose names are being withheld, had their purses snatched last night by a man on Quincy Street at the opening of the alley between Kentucky and Tennessee and at the rear of the Christian Church."
