The Vinland Fairgrounds will be the site of the town’s 30th annual living nativity later this month.

The project, organized by Vinland United Methodist Church, features Vinland residents and animals recreating the Christmas manger scene.

The nativity will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 21, 22 and 23.

Donations made at the site, which is a quarter mile east of the intersection of county roads 1055 and 460, will go to Youthville Inc., an organization in Newton that provides shelter and counseling for youths.
