Temperatures to reach low 30s

The weather will continue to stay cold today as temperatures will only reach the low 30s.

According to 6News Weather, today will be mostly cloudy with a chance for some flurries. Today's high will be 31 degrees with winds coming out of the west at 15 to 20 mph. The temperature low will be 20 degrees.

Temperatures are expected to climb above freezing starting Sunday with highs in the low 40s. However, a storm system may bring more snow and colder temperatures on Wednesday.

Hmm, according the the weather link the paper has, it is 41 degrees outside... Once again proving that Lawrence has lousy metoerologist.

I'm afraid you can't give all of the credit to Lawrence. My parents live 1,000 miles away and I told them last Monday that we would probably get 6 to 12 inches of snow in the storm last week because the Kansas City forecasters said it would be "one inch...maximum." I have learned to do the opposite of whatever they predict. And I have a degree in meteorology so you'd think that I would be more forgiving! They're awful.
