Lawrence Police are investigating the reported rape of an 18-year-old Topeka woman by two men early Sunday morning in downtown Lawrence.

The woman told police she’d been at Last Call, 729 N.H., and that when she went out to her vehicle between 1:46 a.m. and 2 a.m., two men she didn’t know approached her and raped her in a parking lot in the 800 block of New Hampshire Street.

No witnesses reported seeing the incident. Police were dispatched to a convenience store after a clerk saw the woman was upset and called police.
