The 19th edition of Rockhurst Review, Rockhurst University’s fine arts journal, is accepting original, previously unpublished poems, essays, short fiction, drama and artwork for publication in the spring.

Entries must be typed and submitted by Jan. 15. Fiction should not exceed 2,500 words, dramas should not exceed 10 pages, essays should not exceed 2,000 words, and poetry should not exceed five black-and-white or color glossy photographs. Photographs of artists’ work will be considered.

Submissions should include a brief biography, address, phone number, e-mail address and cover letter. Mail entries with a self-addressed, stamped envelope for mid-spring notification to Rockhurst Review, Patricia Cleary Miller, Department of English, Rockhurst University, 1100 Rockhurst Road, Kansas City, Mo., 64110-2591. Manuscripts will not be returned.
