The Lady Bears (7-0) extended their winning streak to 27 games.

Baylor led 59-48 with 12 minutes left before going on a 10-2 run. Abiola Wabara had four points in the run.

Cameo Hicks led Washington (5-1) with 15 points, and Dominique Banks and Jill Bell each scored 11.

Manhattan — Twiggy McIntyre hit six three-pointers to lead Kansas State. Shalee Lehning added 15 points and 12 assists for the Wildcats (5-0).

Missouri 79, Arkansas-Pine Bluff 51

Columbia, Mo. — Christelle N’Garsanet led five Missouri players in double figures in the first round of the State Farm Tiger Classic.

N’Garsanet had 17 points, while EeTisha Riddle added 10 points and 11 rebounds.
