Sooners survive late Tulsa rally

? Terrell Everett scored a career-high 26 points, including three late free throws, to help No. 5 Oklahoma stave off a late rally in a 62-53 win against Tulsa on Wednesday night.

The Sooners (4-0 were greeted by a standing-room crowd of 8,555 fans that tied the Reynolds Center record set at a 2002 game against Kansas.

Three players scored 10 points apiece to lead Tulsa (1-3).

Kansas St. 84, Cal State Fullerton 59

Manhattan – Lance Harris scored 19 points and Cartier Martin added 17 as Kansas State (4-0) rolled over Cal State-Fullerton (3-1).

Oklahoma St. 80, UNLV 62

Stillwater, Okla. – Torre Johnson scored 17 points as Oklahoma State (5-1) defeated Nevada-Las Vegas (2-2).

Texas Tech 81, TCU 54

Lubbock, Texas – Jarrius Jackson scored 23 points to lead Texas Tech (5-2) over TCU (1-4).

Nebraska 84, Marquette 74

Lincoln, Neb. – Aleks Maric scored seven of his 15 points in the final six minutes as Nebraska (5-0) held off a second-half comeback by Marquette (4-2).
