The Douglas County Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union will sponsor the second annual Freedom Fair at 3 p.m. Sept. 11 at the South Park Recreation Center, 1141 Mass.

The fair is an assembly of progressive groups with the intent of sharing ideas, forming alliances and socializing while informing the public. Each group provides information, as well as snacks. It is free and open to the public.
