¢ Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Ross B. Goodwin, a 1995 graduate of Lawrence High School, recently graduated from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Program while assigned as a student to Naval Nuclear Power Training Unit, Ballston Spa, N. Y. During the program, Goodwin received basic and hands-on training in the operation of a nuclear reactor. After graduating, Goodwin earned the qualification of nuclear operator. Goodwin joined the Navy in December 2003.
