Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures increased Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Grain futures declined. Wheat for May delivery fell 1/2 cent to $3.10 1/2 a bushel; May corn fell 1 cent to $2.05 3/4 a bushel; May oats fell 1 cent to $1.58 a bushel; May soybeans rose 5 3/4 cents to $6.23 1/4 a bushel. Pork futures retreated while beef futures finished mostly lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. May live cattle remained untagged at 85.20 cents a pound; May feeder cattle fell .35 cent to $1.058 a pound; May lean hogs fell .45 cent to 75.62 cents a pound. May pork bellies fell 3 cents to 88.25 cents a pound.
