Helen Faye Noble, Osage City

? Services for Helen Faye Noble, 89, Osage City, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Crable VanArsdale Funeral Chapel in Osage City. Burial will be in Osage City Cemetery.

Mrs. Noble died Sunday, April 10, 2005, in her home.

She was born Nov. 30, 1915, in Osage City, the daughter of William Edward and Doris L. Thorne Humphrey. She attended Osage City High School.

Mrs. Noble was a homemaker and a member of the United Methodist Church in Osage City. She lived her entire life in Osage City.

She married Durrell E. Noble on Oct. 25, 1935, in Onaga. He died Nov. 26, 1987.

A son, Donald “Bunny” Noble, and a grandson also died earlier.

Survivors include a daughter, Gertrude Kramer, Lawrence; four sons, Larry J. Noble, William “Bill” Noble, Robert “Bob” Noble and Gary Noble, all of Osage City; a sister, Katherine Edwards, Kansas City, Kan.; 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday.
