Chicago Board of Trade
Soybean futures advanced while grain futures finished mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for May delivery remained unchanged at $3.14 1/4 a bushel; May corn fell 1 3/4 cent to $2.05 1/2 a bushel; May oats rose 3 cents to $1.57 1/2 a bushel; May soybeans rose 1/4 cent to $6.23 1/2 a bushel. Pork futures increased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Beef futures finished mostly lower. May live cattle remained unchanged at 85.20 cents a pound; May feeder cattle fell .15 cent to $1.0392 a pound; May lean hogs rose .35 cent to 74.85 cents a pound; May pork bellies rose .65 cent to 92.75 cents a pound.
