Ottawa ? Free State High’s boys squad was first out of six track teams, and the girls second Friday at the Ottawa Relays.

The Firebird boys swept the 400, 1,600 and 3,200 relay races, and Brian Murphy, Keron Toussaint and Spencer Martin each won individual firsts.

For the girls, Alysha Valencia won two individual firsts, and Kelsey Lange and Kristen Kearns each won one.
