Florence May Milner, Oskaloosa

? Services for Florence May Milner, 84, Oskaloosa, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First United Presbyterian Church in Oskaloosa. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery in Oskaloosa.

Mrs. Milner died Thursday, March 31, 2005, at Hickory Pointe Care Center in Oskaloosa.

She was born May 2, 1920, in Narka, the daughter of Elmer and Carrie Hudson Hardenburger. She graduated from Narka High School and Emporia State University. She moved from Emmett to Oskaloosa, where she lived for 40 years.

Mrs. Milner worked as a teacher in Oskaloosa and McLouth before she retired in 1987 and 1988. She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church, Rebekka Lodge 747 and Nite Owls HEU of Oskaloosa.

Survivors include two sons, Lavon Milner, Wichita, and Kerwin Milner, San Antonio; a daughter, Sandra Polak, Wichita; two sisters, Leona Blecha and Ruth Kirk, both of Narka; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Two sons, Billie Joe and Marlin Milner, died earlier.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at the church before the services.
