First Quarter

9:59 -- Team safety. KU's first possession stalled at its own 10-yard line, and punter Kyle Tucker couldn't get a hand on Kevin Kane's short snap, which bounced out of the end zone. (Texas Tech 2, KU 0)

6:01 -- John Randle 36 pass from Adam Barmann. Rodney Harris returned an interception 52 yards to the Texas Tech 36. On first down, Randle caught a short pass from Barmann and took it to the end zone. Scott Webb kick. (KU 7, Tech 2)

2:48 -- Randle 1 run. KU took over at Tech's 40 after a short Tech punt, Barmann completed a key third-down pass to Mark Simmons, and Randle had a 14-yard reception and a 12-yard run to set up his second TD. Webb kick. (KU 14, Tech 2)

:44 -- FG 34 Alex Trlica. Sonny Cumbie completed a 31-yard pass to Jarrett Hicks, and Taurean Henderson ran three times for 30 yards before Tech stalled at KU's 17. (KU 14, Tech 5)

Second Quarter

9:45 -- FG 22 Webb. Tech's Danny Amendola fumbled a punt, and KU's Clark McCracken recovered at the Tech 21. After a penalty pushed KU back, a facemask penalty against Tech kept the drive alive on third-and-goal from the 21. (KU 17, Tech 5)

2:37 -- Rideau 26 pass from Charles Gordon. Rideau caught three passes for 37 yards on an eight-play 80-yard drive. Gordon took a pitch from Barmann before launching his TD pass. Webb kick. (KU 24, Tech 5)

:48 -- Gordon 20 pass from Barmann. Tony Stubbs returned an interception eight yards to Tech's 36. Rideau caught a 10-yard pass, and a facemask penalty against Tech also aided the short drive. Pass failed. (KU 30, Tech 5)

:15 -- Trey Haverty 32 pass from Cumbie. Tech needed only three plays, including a 42-yard pass to Nehemiah Glover, to answer Gordon's TD. Pass failed. (KU 30, Tech 11)

Third Quarter

11:42 -- Henderson 1 run. Chad Johnson returned an interception 56 yards to the KU 6. Henderson carried two times to reach the end zone. Trlica kick. (KU 30, Tech 18)

:44 -- Hicks 27 pass from Cumbie. Tech took over at its own 46 after a KU punt and needed only five plays and 41 seconds to score. Henderson had the key play when he picked up eight yards on third-and-three from the KU 47. Run failed. (KU 30, Tech 24)

Fourth Quarter

2:37 -- Henderson 70 run. Three plays after Webb missed a 43-yard field goal, Tech took the lead on Henderson's run straight up the middle. Trlica kick. (Tech 31, KU 30).
