TCU gameday changed

Kansas University’s men’s basketball game against TCU has been moved from Dec. 8 to Dec. 9 so the game can be aired nationally on ESPN, KU officials announced Thursday in releasing game times for all but one contest.

KU’s game Jan. 9 at Kentucky will start at either 12:30 p.m. or 3 p.m., depending on the time of the AFC wild-card game decided by the NFL.

Unusual start times include a 9 p.m. tip against Saint Joseph’s on Nov. 23 for ESPN2, 11 a.m. on Jan. 22 at Villanova for ESPN and 6 p.m. start versus Missouri on Jan. 31. KU’s New Year’s Day game versus Georgia Tech will start at 1:30 p.m., after the network’s 10 a.m. telecast of the Outback Bowl.
