Grain and soybean futures moved higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery rose 5 1/2 cents to $3.37 1/4 a bushel; December corn rose 1/2 cent to $2.18 1/2 a bushel; December oats rose 9 cents to $1.69 3/4 a bushel; November soybeans rose 1 cent to $5.66 1/2 a bushel.

Beef futures advanced on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Pork futures finished mixed. October live cattle rose .28 cent to 85.70 cents a pound; October feeder cattle rose .07 cent to $1.1147 a pound; October lean hogs rose .95 cent to 68.65 cents a pound; February pork bellies fell .05 cent to 94.72 cents a pound.
