Storm rally past Fever

? Lauren Jackson scored 20 points, including a crucial three-point play with 27 seconds remaining, leading the Seattle Storm to a 76-70 victory Monday night over the Indiana Fever.

Seattle trailed by as many as 11 points at the beginning of the second half but led 68-60 with two minutes remaining on two free throws by Betty Lennox when the Fever tried to rally.

Indiana, battling for a playoff spot in the tight Eastern Conference race, cut the deficit to two points on a layup by Natalie Williams with 1:01 to go.

Tamika Catchings, who led Indiana with 16 points, was called for traveling as she attempted a drive on her team’s next possession. Jackson was fouled and hit one of two attempts to put Seattle up by five with 22 seconds left.
