“9/11 Commission Report,” 7 a.m., History (61): A documentary examining the investigation into the attacks, including interviews with commissioners.

“Today,” 7 a.m., NBC (8, 14): Anniversary report includes 12 ways to make America safer.

“Through a Child’s Eyes: September 11, 2001,” 8:30 a.m., HBO (29, 400): Children talk about the attacks in documentary designed to help families discuss the tragedy.

“War Against Al Qaeda,” 10 a.m., History (61): A look at the United States’ war on the al-Qaida terrorist network after Sept. 11.

“CNN Presents: America Remembers,” 7 p.m., CNN (21): CNN staffers discuss the aftermath of Sept. 11, including salvage operations at ground zero and the war in Afghanistan.
