According to court transcripts, a prosecutor in Douglas County Dist. Atty. Christine Kenney’s office opposed reduction of fraud suspect Allen Salah’s bond from its original amount of $50,000. An article in Saturday’s Journal-World contained incorrect information about the bond setting.

• A citywide ban on smoking in Lawrence bars, restaurants and other public places has been in place since July 1. The date was wrong in a story in Monday’s Journal-World.
• Mark Reaney designed the set and Nicholas Mosher designed the lighting for University Theatre’s production of “Amber Waves.” The designers were misidentified in a review in Sunday’s Arts & Living section.
