Heitzman Record: Paul Heitzman of Eudora won the ages 70-74 division of Saturday’s Turkey Trot 5K in Tulsa, Okla. His clocking of 21:56 broke his own Oklahoma record for 73-year-olds set in May at a race in Bristow.

KVF U-10 Champs: Kaw Valley Force U-10 boys went 8-0 and won the Division Three championship of the fall season at Heritage Park in Olathe.
