The future groom is the son of Richard and Rhonda Miller, Alexandria, Va. He graduated from high school in Annandale, Va. He is a 1997 graduate of East Carolina University. He is employed at PBS in Alexandria, Va.

The couple plan a Sept. 4 wedding in Warrenton, Va.
