Frances M. Maddox

Services for Frances M. Maddox, 85, Lawrence, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church in Enid, Okla. Inurnment will be in Enid Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Maddox died Tuesday, March 9, 2004, at Brandon Woods Retirement Community.

She was born June 15, 1918, in Enid, the daughter of Harry and Jasie Wilson Loving. She lived in Enid for many years and moved to Lawrence in 2002.

Mrs. Maddox was a homemaker and longtime member of First Presbyterian Church in Enid.

She married Chester W. Maddox in 1937 in Enid. He died March 9, 2001.

Survivors include two sons, James W. Maddox, Lawrence, and Mark W. Maddox, Tulsa, Okla.; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to the KU Endowment Association or the church, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
