  • KU coach Bill Self is 4-0 against the Tigers, and MU head coach Quin Snyder is 3-7 versus the Jayhawks.
  • Self (Oklahoma State) and first-year KU assistant Tim Jankovich (Kansas State) each played against the Tigers. Self was 3-6 all-time versus MU, and Jankovich was 3-5.
  • Wednesday’s 87-76 loss at Texas Tech snapped the Tigers’ six-game win streak, which included a 93-92 overtime win over No. 8 Oklahoma State in late February.
