Adam Beilgard and Aimee Thiessen

Alan and Nancee Beilgard, Lawrence, announce the engagement of their son Adam Beilgard, Lawrence, to Aimee Thiessen, Madison, Wis.

The future bride is the daughter of Terry and Karen Thiessen, New Holstein, Wis. She graduated from high school in New Holstein. She received a degree in music performance in 2003 from Drake University. She is a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The future groom is a 2000 Lawrence High School graduate. He plans to graduate in May with a degree in music education from Drake University.

The couple plan a June 12 wedding in New Holstein.

Wilson-Sloop

Richard Wilson and Diane Wilson, both of Topeka, announce the engagement of their daughter Heather Wilson to Brian Sloop, both of Lawrence.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Washburn Rural High School and Kansas University. She is employed with Rehab Designs of America, Kansas City, Mo.

The future groom is the son of George and Nancy Sloop, Topeka. He is a graduate of Shawnee Heights High School and KU. He is employed with FedEx.

The couple plan an April 17 wedding in Topeka.
