Manhattan ? The Lawrence Raiders reached the semifinals of the Manhattan Tournament with a 14-3, five-inning victory over Lee’s Summit (Mo.) on Saturday.

The Raiders exploded for 11 runs in the second inning and added three in the third.

Aaron Madill connected for a three-run home run, and Dominick Harrell hit a two-run shot. Spence Chaney (2-0) earned the victory.

The Raiders (8-2) will meet Manhattan at 11:45 this morning in the semifinals. The winner will play at 4:45 for the championship.
