Mary A. Meyer

Oskaloosa ? Graveside services for Mary A. Meyer, 87, Oskaloosa, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Pleasant View Cemetery, Oskaloosa.

Mrs. Meyer died Saturday, June 5, 2004, at her home.

She was born Aug. 6, 1916, in Cummings, the daughter of James William and Idabelle Wood Meyer. She had lived in Oskaloosa since 1985.

Mrs. Meyer worked as a waitress and a cook at the LaFonda restaurant in St. Joseph, Mo., the Atchison Depot and Aunt Reta’s Cafe in Oskaloosa.

Survivors include two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A son, George Meyer, died earlier.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday at Barnett Funeral Home, Oskaloosa.
