Topeka ? A rally to express concerns about the war in Iraq will be held at noon tomorrow on the south steps of the Capitol.

Speakers and singers will be featured and the rally will conclude around 1 p.m. with a march around the Capitol.

The rally is being sponsored by several groups including the Lawrence Coalition of Peace and Justice.

One of the scheduled speakers is Chris White of Lawrence, a former Marine sergeant and member of Veterans for Peace.
