Baker to name Grossner football coach

? Mike Grossner, offensive coordinator at Western State College in Gunnison, Colo., is the new head football coach at Baker University.

Grossner was to be introduced at a news conference this afternoon.

Grossner grew up in Phoenix, Ariz., and played college football at Bethany College in Lindsborg. Grossner was head coach at Glendale (Ariz.) Community College from 1997-2000 after spending six seasons as an aide at the two-year school.
