York, Neb. ? Melissa Catron scored 24 points, Lucita Yesslith added 12 and Samantha Pete contributed 10 as Haskell Indian Nations University routed York College, 65-46, in college women’s basketball Saturday.

Catron hit eight of 13 field-goal tries and seven of nine free throws to pace the Fightin’ Indians (7-10 overall, 1-0 MCAC).

“It was a real good win for us. I felt really good about winning on the road,” HINU coach Phil Homeratha said.

Haskell travels Tuesday to Peru (Neb.) State.
