School board agenda highlights

6:30 p.m. Monday ¢ 110 McDonald Drive

Bottom line

The board will receive a report from the district’s boundary committee.

Committee members have concluded that no changes should be made in the boundary for Deerfield School for the 2004-2005 school year. The school has 530 students.

Background

The closure of Riverside School in May 2003 and reassignment of some students to Deerfield led to concerns of overcrowding at Deerfield.

Board members asked the committee to evaluate Deerfield’s enrollment and discuss adjustments to boundaries.
