Both Stephen Baldwin and Corbin Bernsen return for a second round of celebrity subterfuge on “Celebrity Mole Yucatan” (9 p.m., ABC). The duplicitous veterans spend the first 10 minutes talking about how absolutely “crazy” they must be to return.

Self-absorption gives way to ethnic stereotyping as a Mexican taxi arrives to the tune of “Low Rider.” Just in case we don’t get the joke, there is a Chihuahua bobble-head doll in the back window and a pair of chickens in the front seat.

Host Ahmad Rashad gives Bernsen and Baldwin the keys to the cab and asks them to pick up fellow players: NBA vulgarian Dennis Rodman, Keshia Knight Pulliam (“The Cosby Show”), Tracey Gold (“Growing Pains”), Ananda Lewis (MTV), Mark Curry (“Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper”) and model Angie Everhart.

“The West Wing” (8 p.m., NBC) returns to the schedule with its 100th episode. And to celebrate the milestone, we get to see John Goodman again. Fans will remember his terrific performance as the Republican Speaker of the House who became a constitutional curiosity when he was asked to become temporary president after the Zoey Bartlet kidnapping.

“Degas and the Dance” on “Great Performances” (7 p.m., PBS) explores the impressionist painter Edgar Degas’ obsession with young dancers. His decision to capture them at practice and at rest, and to depict them at the outer edges of his works, challenged 19th-century ideas of decorum and perspective. Frank Langella narrates.
